Finally I have found a carpet cleaning business that does what it says it is going to do. Best1 Carpet Cleaning cleaned my lounge chairs and carpets this week and I’m amazed and how well all items have cleaned up. Not only were they brought back to their original appearance but there was no risidual dampness and they had a lovely fragrance about them. I also was amazed that Best1 actually turn up on time, the worker had excellent manners and when they left my home the only sign that they had been there was my beautifully clean carpets and lounge. Just had the new tile cleaning service done by best 1 and its incredible, I always thought I had dark grey grout, but it turns out to be a pale grey colour after the clean. The tiles look like new and they feel so smooth and clean. It has totally freshened up the look of the family room and I am very very happy with it. Best of all the kids bathroom looks and smells so nice….no little boy smell anymore!! Thank you to Best 1 it is fantasic.

Our oil heater blew up spreading boiling oil over an area of about 5 square metres. We had our carpet cleaned on two previous occasions without success. Over the course of about six months the oil seeped to cover approximately 10 square metres. We finally called Best 1 who successfully removed all apparent traces of the oil.

They also have an extremely quick turn around – I booked last minute on Sunday and they came at 7.30am on Monday. Jason was very friendly, explaining what needed to be done, and performed the work quickly. I will be using Best1 again for future cleaning and would recommend them to anyone.

I had Best 1 out to clean my carpets, tiles and also to do pest control. I was extremely happy with the results of the cleaning. The difference a truck mounted machine makes is unbelievable. The pest control was completed and everything was explained to me well. As a result of the carpets & tiles, I also had my lounge cleaned a week later and also very happy with the result.
