e. use a 14 inch cleaning wand to inject steam into the carpet and to apply high air-flow extraction to remove the soiled residue,
f. groom the carpets with a carpet rake, to stand the fibres up and to assist in a faster drying time  (usually within 30 minutes), and
g. we will use blowers if faster drying times are required.
